Personal data we collect is voluntarily provided by you the client; this information includes (i) name, (ii) email address, (iii) phone number, (iv) mailing address, (v) date of birth, (vi) billing and payment information (collected when you register, purchase, request service or contact us). We collect log data about your interactions (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent) and may use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

​We may share your personal data with (i) service providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting/ticketing providers, document management providers), (ii) partners/affiliates (e.g., American Red Cross and Health & Safety Institute for certifications), and (iii) legal and regulatory when required by law. The client's data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. When enrolling with us to receive text messages be advised opt-in and consent are never shared. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose described in this policy or as required by law or policies of the certifying organization. Users can request deletion of their data as described in Section 12.

8. MESSANGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts from us, you consent to receive text messages from LifeCert, from (815) 242-2152 regarding class requests, program reminders/confirmations, and program updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. 9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to (i) access your personal data, (ii) correct inaccurate information, (iii) request deletion of your data, (iv) restrict or object to certain processing, (v) withdraw consent.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

LifeCert Training Solutions, LLC provides training programs that may be attended by individuals under the age of 18.

Participants Under 18: If a participant is under the age of 18, registration and payment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a minor for a program or service, the parent or legal guardian consents to the collection and use of the minor's information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Participants Under 13: For participants under the age of 13, we collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide training and certification services. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting personal information from children under 13.
